General Board Diagnostics

General Board Diagnostics is a catch-all term representing a full-audit of a PEV and its subsystems, ensuring everything is working properly. The purpose of General Board Diagnostics is to accurately identify and target problem area(s) of your electric ridable, and make them known to you the rider. These problem areas are addressed with specific repair action items carried out during the repair process


  1. General Board Diagnostics apply to all PEVs visiting the Fiction Factory for repair

  2. General Board Diagnostics fees are only payable in the event that:

    • A problem is discovered, and you the rider declare you would not like it fixed

    • A problem is discovered, and you the rider declare you would like your PEV fixed elsewhere

  3. In all cases where repair line items are found, these line item costs replace General Board Diagnostics fees
